“Smooth” was a whole new sound for Roger Pearl. I honed in on the boldness of the beat and the circular feeling the whistle creates. Knowing Roger personally, pastels and soft colors are his favorite so the lighting and sunset added the perfect mood. The Movie version includes a skit to show he’s as smooth as the song says.
